We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new memberships.

If you join CounterpartOS and decide within the first 7 days that it’s not the right fit for you, you may request a full refund—no questions asked. Simply contact us at tmoore@tuckercapital.com within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Refund requests made after the 7-day window will not be eligible.
This guarantee only applies to first-time purchases of the program. Renewals or re-subscriptions are not eligible for refunds under this policy.

Ongoing Subscription and Cancellation
CounterpartOS is offered as a recurring subscription, billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you select at checkout.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:

You will retain full access to the program and community until the end of your current billing cycle.
No further payments will be charged after your cancellation takes effect.
Partial refunds for unused time on a subscription are not offered.
